Judith Jones is the Director of Finance and Operactions for Collective Power. In 2014, she interned at SisterSong: National Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective and the Crunk Feminist Collective through Collective Power’s Collective Rising internship program. This experience sparked her passion for reproductive justice and liberatory work. Previously, she was the Director of Operations and Administration at the Trade Justice Education Fund, where she established all administrative, operational, and fiscal infrastructure for the startup nonprofit. She strives to help nonprofits create financial and operational practices that are people-centered and values-aligned.

In her free time, she creates nail art and cares for her many feline friends.
