Al maintains and supports Collective Power’s administrative work and events while working with staff, faculty, and work-study students. They come from food service management where they got to expand their interests in supporting local farming endeavors. Al is passionate about organizing and often focuses on local anti-fossil fuel expansion and racial justice. They have their Master’s in Social Justice and Human Rights and B.A. in Global Systems and Community Organizing from Prescott College. After living in Arizona for six years, they are happy to return to the Pioneer Valley.
