As the Operations Manager for Collective Power, Al supports the organization’s administrative work and events. They come from food service management and they have an interest in supporting local farming endeavors. Al is passionate about community organizing and focuses on local anti-fossil fuel expansion and racial justice. They have their Master’s in Social Justice and Human Rights and B.A. in Global Systems and Community Organizing from Prescott College. After living in Arizona for six years, they are happy to return to the Pioneer Valley.
