I was born in Mexico and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. Currently, I am spending my spring semester in Honolulu, Hawaii studying at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. I will be returning to DePauw University in the fall as a senior where I am majoring in Global Health with a minor in Global French studies. After college, I will be pursuing a career in neonatology (and potentially a cosmetology license on the side). I am passionate about all things reproductive and sexual health, as well as immigrant and LQBTQ+ rights for people of color.
