Janessa Waiters is Program Coordinator for Collective Power, and one of the 2022 Collective Rising Fellows. Previously, as a Collective Rising Intern in 2018, Janessa interned at National Advocates for Pregnant Women. She is a reiki teacher and practitioner working toward self and collective healing. Their zine chronicling their domestic care work journey will be released Spring 2022.
Janessa’s Collective Rising Fellowship will focus on building relationships and supporting reproductive justice needs within the Northeast region.
