The mission of the National Abortion Federation is to unite, represent, serve, and support abortion providers in delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care. The CIAC Strategist & Training Program Manager position works to expand abortion access and support advanced practice clinicians— nurse practitioners, midwives, and physician associates— as abortion providers as a way to increase access to abortion care in their communities and with constituencies that don’t have consistent providers. This position is responsible for movement collaboration, training, coordinating efforts for policy changes, and shifting the traditional abortion care paradigm.
