Gender Justice works to advance gender equity through the law. Our vision is to create a world where everyone can thrive no matter their gender, gender identity or expression, or sexual orientation. We are working to dismantle the legal, political, and structural barriers to gender equity. Gender Justice has built a unique organizational model – based in MN and working across the Upper Midwest – that combines impact litigation with policy advocacy, public education and powerful communications. We work on issues related to reproductive freedom and justice, LGBTQ+ equality, economic justice, and gender-based violence. Gender Justice is also the fiscal sponsor and home of UnRestrict Minnesota, a 29 partner coalition and campaign to protect and expand abortion access, and all reproductive healthcare, in Minnesota.
